World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) is sweating over the future of a number of its superstars and is looking to tie them down to new deals. Scott Dawson and Dash Wilder of The Revival are the latest to get a contract offer from WWE but the duo is yet to accept it.

Recently, it was learned that WWE signed up an undercard talent for $500,000 just to keep him out of the hands of rival promotions such as All Elite Wrestling (AEW) and Fightful.com, during the search to find out the identity, fell upon the news of The Revival being offered new deals by the company.

The report claims that the duo was offered a five-year deals worth between $500,000 and $550,000 to commit their long-term futures to the company. But Dawson and Wilder are yet to be convinced with Wrestling Observer, via Cageside Seats, confirming they have turned down the contracts.

The Revival were not happy with WWE at the start of the year and are said to have asked the company to release them from their existing deals. The management reportedly told the two pro-wrestlers to bide their time and see how things pan out as the year progressed.

They have since been given a more prominent role and were even given a run as the RAW tag team champions, which they surrendered during their first appearance at WrestleMania in April to Zack Ryder and Curt Hawkins. But despite their loss, they have been making regular appearances during the televised events, but are back to being one among the tag team division.

The Revival are not the only members of the roster who have asked or been granted their release from the company. Dean Ambrose will become the first high profile exit when his contract expires at the end of April, while Luke Harper has requested a release from his contract, which was rejected by chairman Vince McMahon.

The future of women’s division star Sasha Banks also remains uncertain with many reports claiming she has requested to leave the company after being stripped off the women’s tag team title at WrestleMania 35. She has not been seen in the squared circle since the flagship pay-per-view event and there is no timeline given by WWE with regard to a potential return date.

WWE is also said to have lost four members of the writing team, namely Kazeem Famuyide, Dave Schilling, RD Evans and Road Dogg, which, according to Fightful, is the heaviest roster and employee turnover in recent months.
