All Elite Wrestling (AEW) has been making waves even before their first show and are being considered as a genuine threat to World Wrestling Entertainment’s dominance over the last two decades, at least in the United States. But WWE chairman Vince McMahon will not be losing any sleep says former star Kevin Nash.

The new promotion’s first show will take place at Las Vegas’ MGM Grand Garden Arena on May 25 but they have already turned heads by making some headline-grabbing additions. Chris Jericho signed with the new promotion, they also nabbed Kenny Omega, who was in talks with WWE.

AEW is supposed to be offering lucrative deals to sign the best athletes in pro-wrestling with Jericho claiming it was the best deal of his career thus far. And that has turned heads with reports emerging about many WWE stars looking toward the new promotion for a better livelihood.

The pro-wrestlers now seem to have an option while entering negotiations as there is now another promotion willing to match anything WWE has to offer and with them being new, AEW are said to be offering better roles to smaller stars currently part of WWE. A number of WWE stars entering their final contracts are said to be interested in listening to the new company’s proposal.

And multiple reports in recent weeks claimed that WWE CEO McMahon is not happy about superstars considering jumping ship and had ordered the management to tie them down to new deals. They were even allowed to go as far as to offer double-your-money deals to wrestlers willing to commit on the spot.

But Nash has painted a different picture in the light of all the rumors surrounding the dominance of the world’s most popular pro-wrestling promotion – WWE. It was always clear that their superiority was unlikely to be usurped anytime soon, but the fact that wrestlers were looking at AEW was enough for them to be considered a threat.

"Well, WWE is a multimedia corporation that's publicly traded in the NY Stock Exchange," Nash said, as quoted on comicbook.com. "AEW is an LLC that's just starting. I heard they have $100 million startup money, but I think it's interesting. I had a chance to work with the Young Bucks when I was in TNA. I think they are great guys. Chris Jericho and I are friends. I don't know Omega very well but I watched his work, I like his work. Cody of course, I worked with his father and his brother. I've never been in the ring with Cody but I've been around him.”

The former WWE superstar also advised the new promotion on how they can attract the audience and turn the popularity into monetary benefits for the company. But either way, he is certain that they are far away from making "Mr. McMahon" as he is referred to by everybody in the WWE "lose any sleep."

"They've got a very good nucleus of guys. They've got the wrestling community interested," the former WWE star continued. "It just depends if they can grab the 8 to 12 years old. If you get me and I'm 25 years old and I want to go, I can drive myself. If you get three 8-year-olds, they have to grab mom and dad, each kid is going to get the Cena hat, Cena shirt, and wristband. They are going to walk out of there and they spent a thousand dollars. I guarantee you Vince isn't rolling at night, losing any sleep over the situation."
