Microsoft will hold an Ultimate Game Sale this weekend, which will feature plenty of big discounts for Xbox One and Xbox 360 games. According to a post on gaming forum NeoGAF, this weekend’s sale will include discounts on a number of games, including “Halo: The Master Chief Collection Bundle,” “Killer Instinct: The Complete Collection,” “Middle Earth: Shadow of Mordor” season pass and the “Walking Dead: Season One and Two Bundle” for the Xbox One.

“Alien: Isolation,” “Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare,” “The Crew,” “Destiny,” “Forza Motorposrt 4” and “Middle Earth: Shadow of Mordor” are also discounted by up to 50 percent.

Microsoft is also currently holding a sale on the Xbox One versions of "Grand Theft Auto V" and "Duck Dynasty," as well as the Xbox 360 versions of "GTA V" and "Tomb Raider Underworld."

"Duck Dynasty" is currently $25, while "GTA 5" is priced at $59.50, along with a free Bull Shark Cash Card.

Meanwhile, Microsoft is still behind in the console wars, but the Redmond, Washington-based company isn’t out of the race just yet. In January, it revealed it shipped 6.6 million Xbox One and Xbox 360 consoles during its last quarter, which ended on Dec. 31, 2014.
