The woman he loves is in a coma and fighting for her life, with her only chance at survival being if she gets a liver transplant. Now, in an effort to prove his love to her brothers, Kyle will team up with Mariah to try and make a miracle for Lola on the Thursday, Feb. 28 episode of “The Young and the Restless.”

Nate (Brooks Darnell) informed Arturo (Jason Canela) and Rey (Jordi Villasousa) that Lola (Sasha Calle) would not survive her accident where she was attacked and fell into the Abbott family pool unless she received a new liver because hers was failing on the CBS soap. The brothers were both quickly tested and learned they weren’t a match for a donor, meaning someone else will have to be the one to save their sister. Now, Kyle, who has been desperate to see her but not allowed in her room by either Arturo or Rey, will make a desperate move with Mariah’s (Camryn Grimes) to give the woman he loves the help she needs.

“Mariah makes a move,” spoilers reveal.

Since Mariah is the sole star of GC Buzz now following Hilary’s death last year, she will likely use the show once again for a personal plea. She will likely invite Kyle onto the show to share Lola’ story and urge other Genoa City residents to go to the hospital and get tested as possible matches as soon as possible because Lola’s life will depend on it.

While that move may work to get her brothers to soften their stance on Kyle having visitation with her, however, it may not have the immediate effect Kyle was hoping for when it comes to a match. He will also be tested and quickly learn he’s not a match either—meaning all he can do now is the same as Arturo and Rey—and just wait and hope that something will happen that gives Lola the miracle she needs.

“The Young and the Restless” airs weekdays at 12:30 p.m. EST on CBS.
