The mind games have now started for Jake Paul and Nate Robinson. More than a month before their scheduled undercard bout in the Mike Tyson-Roy Jones fight, the YouTube star and the retired NBA veteran already are exchanging verbal jabs with unfiltered name-calling and taunting insults.

In a video published TMZ Sports, Paul ripped the ex-basketball guard, attacking the latter’s lack of experience in combat sports.

"You're not ready, you haven't even sparred yet," Paul told Robinson. "You don't even know what it's like to spar, buddy."

The 23-year-old internet sensation has had his own taste of professional boxing spotlight, having fought against fellow YouTuber AnEsonGib, whom he defeated via a first-round technical knockout early this year.

Robinson, 36, then went right back at Paul and said: "Shut up, Jake ... with your birds head a**. Listen, come September 12, bro, you said you were gonna knock me out. Just make sure you're a man of your word."

Paul responded, "This is the only thing you have going for you. Where was Nate Robinson before this? I'm like a doctor with the shock pedals reviving your career!"

Moments after, both men went on a word ceasefire as they took time to appreciate the opportunity to be listed under the Tyson-Jones headliner.

"All the stars have aligned and it's honestly an honor to be a part of the Mike Tyson card," Pall said. "Like, seriously, a dream come true. I can't even believe it."

Meanwhile, Robinson revealed that he is calling the services of boxing greats, including Floyd Mayweather, to help him prepare for his fighting debut.

"I've been working with guys like Floyd Mayweather out here in Vegas," Robinson said. "I've been working with Ron Johnson, David Benavidez, the brothers. I'll be working with Terence Crawford and a couple of other guys getting ready for this fight. I can't wait."

The fight card is set to be staged at the Dignity Health Sports Park in Carson, California. The Iron Mike-RJJ main event will feature an eight-round exhibition match that will highlight the return of both boxing legends in the ring.
