ZTE, one of China’s leading telecommunication equipment manufacturers, has announced two new phones for the U.S. mobile market. Both phones are, reportedly, packed with entry-level specs and powerful features catering to those people on a tight budget or just looking for budget phones. To bring the new handsets to America, ZTE has teamed up with Verizon-owned mobile carrier Visible.

Blade A7 Prime, Specs and availability

Gizmo China reported the more affordable Blade A7 Prime features a 6.09-inch screen with an HD+resolution. The new phone has a thick chin, a red-colored power button and a waterdrop notch for its 5-megapixel selfie shooter. The back of the phone has a matte cloth-like textured finish. This budget phone also brings a single 16-megapixel camera along with a fingerprint scanner and LED flash.

The Blade A7 Prime is powered by the Mediatek Helio A22 mobile processor. It packs with 3GB of RAM and 32GB internal storage, which said to be expandable via microSD slot. The phone comes with a 3200 mAh battery, USB Type-C port, headphone jack, DTS Sound, and runs Android 9 Pie out of the box. The Blade A7 Prime will retail for just $99 and will be made available on U.S. pre-paid carrier Visible.

Blade 10 Prime, Specs and availability

GSM Arena, previously, reported the Blade 10 Prime comes with the more capable mobile chipset, dual cameras, and a much bigger screen. The phone features a 6.3-inch screen with an FHD+ resolution. It comes with 16-megapixel F/2.0 main camera combined with a 5-megapixel F/2.2 secondary camera system. The Blade 10 Prime is powered by Helio P60 SoC mobile processor paired with 3GB of RAM and 64GB internal storage, which reportedly expandable.

Like the Blade A7 Prime, there is also a waterdrop notch, rear-mounted fingerprint scanner, audio jack, USB Type-C port, DTS Sound and compatible with hearing aids (M4/T3). The phone draws its power from 3,200 mAh battery and supports USB PD 2.0. It runs on a version of the Android 9 Pie mobile operating system.

The ZTE's Blade 10 Prime will also sell on Visible, for $179. However, the Blade 10 Prime will come only in one color variant, black.
