Forthcoming First Person Shooter (FPS) Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 Bundle witnessed an increase in pre-order sales this week, on Amazon.com.

The highly anticipated video game is set for a Nov. 8 release and has currently seen a 41 per cent sales increase, according to reports from online retailer Amazon.com. The Web site has also listed the game at No. 134 in Amazon's Video Games category.

The Bundle will include an Xbox 360 320GB SKU with custom Modern Warfare 3 graphics and sounds, two custom wireless controllers, a black wired headset, special avatar collectibles and a copy of Modern Warfare 3 for $399.99.

The other Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 Hardened Edition SKU, which will also hit the shelves on Nov. 8, will come with a year's Elite membership to the Call of Duty online support group, an exclusive Playstation Network Animated Timeline theme, unique disc art, Special Founder status on Call of Duty: Elite, a steelbook case, an exclusive Special Ops Juggernaut Xbox Live Outfit and a limited edition collectible Field Journal.

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 Hardened Edition SKU will be available for only $99.99. Customers pre-ordering Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 will now be entitled to an American Special Forces Avatar and a special MW3 Wallpaper.

The Modern Warfare 3 PS3 SKU, Xbox 360 SKU and PC SKU, each, hold an Manufacturer Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) of $59.99, according to a Punchjump report.

Modern Warfare 3 will see the return of Task Force 141 Captain John Soap MacTavish, Russian informant Nikolai and SAS Captain John Price, who are on the run after killing U.S. Army Lieutenant General Shepard. Vladimir Makarov, the Russian ultranationalist, will return as the game's primary antagonist and is expected to play a bigger role this time.

The game will begin where it left off in Modern Warfare 2, where Russia continues invading the U.S. Other locations will include Germany, France and England. The gameplay will take place in a potential World War Three-like situation.
