Some of the biggest names in country music gathered at the Bridgestone Arena in Nashville Wednesday night for the 2015 CMT Music Awards. During the show, which was hosted by Erin Andrews and Brittany Snow, several musicians were honored for their talents. Although stars like Luke Bryan, Carrie Underwood and Sam Hunt took home major awards, it was the performances that really stole the spotlight.

CMT created a star-studded lineup of performers including Jake Owen, Eric Church, Darius Rucker, Florida Georgia Line and more. Many took the stage to perform their major hits while others used the opportunity to debut new music.

Relive the 2015 awards show with videos of the seven best performances of the night below:

1. Lady Antebellum, “Long Stretch of Love”

Lady Antebellum kicked off the 2015 CMA’s with a high energy performance of their new hit single, “Long Stretch of Love.” The band decided to switch things up a little for the awards show, asking EDM producer Zedd to join them on stage. The pair combined “Long Stretch of Love” with “Beautiful Now,” one of the DJ’s more recent smash hits. The result? This fun country-EDM mash up.

2. Kenny Chesney,“American Kids”

The 47-year-old country star took the stage to perform this song, which is an oldie but a goodie. “American Kids” is a single off Chesney’s album, “The Big Revival,” which came out in September 2014. He and his band kept the energy high has they clapped and danced – the pyrotechnics didn’t hurt either.

3. Reba McEntire, “Going Out Like That”

Reba is no stranger to the country music game, so it comes as no surprise that her performance of her new song, “Going Out Like That,” brought down the house. The 60-year-old commanded the attention of everyone in the arena with her soulful voice and southern sass.

4. Florida Georgia Line, “Anything Goes”

As always, FGL blew the audience away with a high-energy, fire-filled performance. The song, which shares a name with their upcoming album, is slightly slower paced than some of their previous hits, but still packs quite a punch.

5. Eric Church, “Like A Wrecking Ball”

Church slowed things down for a minute for a soulful performance of his song, “Like A Wrecking Ball.” The 38-year-old performed the song with a guitar in hand and just a drummer and organ player backing him up, allowing his voice and lyrics to really shine.

6. Jake Owen, “Real Life"

Owen’s performance was one of the most entertaining to watch from start to finish. The 33-year-old was hoisted onto the stage on an inflatable bed with the help of audience members. Once on stage, he was joined by a band of backup singers and dancers wearing brightly colored outfits armed with a surplus of pool toys as he sang about the ups and downs of “Real Life.”

7. Jason Aldean, “Tonight Looks Good On You”

Aldean took to the stage band to wow the ladies in the audience with his delivery of this romantic country ballad.
