Did Evan Rachel Wood and boyfriend Jamie Bell secretly get married?

The couple was recently photographed taking a stroll in Venice, Calif., wearing what appear to be shiny wedding rings on their ring fingers.

While Wood, 24, and Bell, 26, have yet to comment on the latest status of their romantic relationship, Wood had some fun with the rumors via Twitter.

A picture says a thousand words doesn't it? she wrote Monday, the same day the photos and wedding rumors surfaced.

In true Hollywood fashion, this is not the first time the couple has made (false) wedding headlines. In January, Wood was photographed wearing something sparkly on her wedding figure. And that was only less than two months after Wood took to Twitter (again) to clear the air.

Sorry to disappoint, but I have been wearing that diamond on my left hand since I was 14 . . . it was my aunts. Any engagement rumor is false, she wrote.

Wood was first linked to Bell (of Billy Elliot fame) back in 2005, after the two appeared in a music video for Green Day. After dating for about one year, the couple split and Wood began a relationship with Marilyn Manson, who was 19 years her senior. Wood and Manson were later engaged in 2010, before calling everything off eight months later.

This past summer, Wood and Bell picked up right where they left off, when they were spotted together in New York City.

Wood most recently starred in The Ides of March, opposite Ryan Gosling and George Clooney. She also played the daughter to Kate Winslet's character in the HBO mini-series Mildred Pierce, which earned Wood a Golden Globe nomination and Primetime Emmy nomination for best supporting actress.

Bell can currently be seen in the Steven Spielberg 3D motion capture picture The Adventures of Tintin and the thriller Man on a Ledge, opposite Sam Worthington and Elizabeth Banks.

Wood and Bell are the latest couple to make wedding rumor headlines in Hollywood. In February, Natalie Portman and Benjamin Millepied attended the 84th Academy Awards wearing their own shiny wedding bands. While the couple's jeweler friend Jamie Wolf confirmed to People that she had designed the rings herself, no details on the marriage were released.
