HTC 10 is now available on preorders in the U.S. HTC

The HTC 10 smartphone is now official. Although its carrier pricing has not been revealed, the Taiwanese tech giant has announced that the unlocked edition will be available for $699. However, it can be purchased with a discount of $100 by using a promo code.

The HTC 10 will be available through Verizon, T-Mobile and Sprint in the U.S. It means AT&T will not be carrying the HTC 10 smartphone. None of the U.S. carriers have started HTC 10 preorders, but the Taiwanese company has already started receiving the HTC 10 preorders in the U.S.

The unlocked HTC 10 is now available for purchase for $699 on HTC Store. However, it can be availed for $599 by using the HTC1008 promo code. The Taiwanese tech giant will begin the shipment of preordered HTC 10 units in early May. The unlocked model comes in colors like silver and gray. However, the smartphone is also available in colors such as gold and red.

Buyers of HTC 10 can benefit from the free UH OH Protection customer service. If the HTC 10 owner breaks the phone's display or damages it through water contact, the Taiwanese company will fix it for free in the first year of purchase.

The unlocked version is compatible with networks from AT&T, T-Mobile, Metro PCS, Alaska Communications, Cricket, Walmart Family Mobile, Straight Talk and Net 10. The Taiwanese tech giant is providing the HTC 10 with zero percent interest financing for 12 months through PayPal credit.

The HTC 10 price discount is not only available in the U.S. but also in Canada. The smartphone is available for 999 Canadian dollars on the Canadian HTC Store. By using the HTCCA1008 promo code, the price of the unlocked HTC 10 can be slashed to 899 Canadian dollars.

Currently, Bell is the only carrier is selling the HTC 10. It will be offering the smartphone in silver color. The unlocked HTC 10 in Canada will support multiple carriers such as Bell, Rogers, Telus, Videotron, Virgin Mobile, Koodo, Fido, Wind Mobile and Sasktel.
