It’s been less than two weeks since Kim Kardashian and Kanye West announced their second pregnancy. In that time there have been no shortage of rumors about the couple's baby and it looks like the 34-year-old "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" star has had enough.

The expectant mother hopped on Twitter Wednesday to shut down fake stories about her baby. Kardashian confirmed that she was only having one child and that she is "carrying my own baby." She added that she and West have not yet shared with anyone the gender of their second child. She then sent another tweet asking that her fans not believe anything that doesn’t come straight from her and her rapper husband.

The “KUWTK” star’s rant appears to be a direct response to rumors which surfaced Wednesday morning. It was reported by US Weekly that she and West were expecting a baby boy. The story claimed the couple, especially West, were “overjoyed” by the news. Prior to those false stories, multiple sites reported the couple were using a surrogate to carry their second child and that they were expecting twins.

This is not the first time the “Selfish” author has had to slam the media for spreading rumors about her and West’s second child. On June 2 Kardashian took to Twitter to let her followers, of which there are more than 32 million, know what’s fact and what’s fiction. She tweeted about plans to set up live video streams on her website “so every time someone talks s--t I can go blast the f--k outta them.” She then proceeded to address questions from fans regarding her pregnancy. Kardashian’s string of tweets was so uncharacteristic that Twitter contacted her to ensure she hadn’t been hacked.

Little is known about Kardashian's pregnancy. She is believed to be due in December, though that is one of the few rumors she has neither confirmed nor denied.
