Motorola's Xoom Tablets are available for pre-order at Best Buy for $800. Customers can place preorders now and can pick up the product on Feb.24 in Best Buy stores.

Motorola Xoom, which is carried by Verizon Wireless, is the first tablet to run on Google's Android 3.0 operating system (Honeycomb), which has been specifically developed for tablets.

The tablet has a screen size of 10.1 inches, sports a Nvidia Tegra 1 GHz dual core processor, 1 GB RAM, 32 GB hard drive, 2 mega-pixel web cam, a 5 mega pixel camera and supports Adobe flash player. The tablet also offers Google mobile services including Google Maps 5.0 with 3D interaction, access to more than 3 million Google eBooks and Google Talk with video chat.

Best Buy also offers several accessories for the Xoom tablet, including a portfolio case for $40, Dock for $50, HD speaker dock for $130 and wireless keyboard for $70.
