The White House doors were opened on Friday for private talks between the US President Barack Obama and the Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu over the border conflict between Israel and Palestinians.
It was an hour-and-a-half long meeting, almost twice as long as planned. The leaders shook hands and smiled for the cameras. But will this talk be able to usher in a new period of peace and prosperity?
