Tickets are still available for the Summer Solstice Charity Event at the Playboy Mansion - in large part because the date of the event is over a month after the *actual* Summer Solstice on June 21.

The fundraising event, which benefits Rescue Humanity, will take place on Saturday July 23, a little over a month after June 21st - the day when the rays of the sun will be perpendicular to the Tropic of Cancer at 23°30' North latitude, resulting in the most daylight hours of any day of the year.

The Playboy mansion's famed Midsummer Night's Dream Party is scheduled for early August 2011 - perhaps the charity event's title was chosen so as not to confuse the two events.

Highlights of the Summer Solstice event include a 2011 Concorso Exotica Car Show on the front lawn of the mansion, a special Burlesque show by former PussyCat Doll and actress/model Rachel Sterling, a celebrity red carpet, and over 250 models from around the world.

Tickets range from $1,000 for General Admission to $10,000 for a VIP Cabana ticket, which includes a private cabana, bottle service all night and a rotation of Playmates and models to your Cabana.

No word on whether Hugh Hefner will make an official appearance, or if he will stilll be in mourning over his recent broken engagement.
