For most people, pole dancing is pre-conceived as an exotic dance form restricted to the modern generation. However, for Sun Fengqin, her sixty years won't hold her back from performing.

At a pole-dancing class in Nanjing city of China's Jiangsu province, the lithe woman is seen swinging and spinning around her pole in a graceful and slender manner. The retired grandmother took to the sport after watching several videos of it, and despite having undergone spinal surgeries, Fengqin was capable of executing several flexible stunts, the Beijing Shots said.

According to Reuters, the dance form, which was earlier designated to strippers and bars, is now taken up by many Chinese women as a way to keep fit and healthy.
