Former child star Macaulay Culkin, 31, was photographed while out in New York this week, looking like a 56 year old. The usually young and fresh-looking actor was rather pale and extremely thin.

Macaulay Culkin, 31, a former child star, was photographed in New York this week looking extremely thin and old. A rep for the actor has told the media that he is in good health.

Folks over at Entertainment Tonight got their hands on some photos of the actor walking while holding a can of Red Bull. The photos have left many wondering why the Home Alone actor looks the way he does. ET plans to reveal more photos of the gaunt-looking actor tonight.
