Dutch police caught the culprit of phone thefts in a January 21 rock concert after finding a man with 30 phones in his cycling shorts pocket.

The suspected thief, 34, was thought to be a part of a roving gang of thieves and was stopped by policemen blocking the concert grounds exit when concert-goers alerted them.
