"90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After?" alum Michael Baltimore was arrested in Davie, Florida, Friday, months after he was added to the United States Marshal Service's 15 Most Wanted list.

Baltimore was arrested in Davie, near Fort Lauderdale, early Friday with a loaded handgun and drugs after fleeing a bar fight, CNN reported, citing the U.S. Marshals.

According to a U.S. Marshals press release, the 44-year-old barber was wanted by the Carlisle, Pennsylvania, Police Department and the Middle District of Pennsylvania for assault, homicide and parole violation charges after allegedly shooting and killing his former boss Kendell Jerome Cook and injuring another man at Cook's barbershop in Carlisle in May 2021.

Baltimore is also facing drug and weapons charges in Florida.

The Pennsylvania native is being held at the Broward County Jail on charges of trafficking MDMA from 200 to 400 grams, marijuana possession with intent to sell, fentanyl possession, use of a firearm in committing a felony, possession of a weapon by a felon, three counts of using false information to get a driver's license, misdemeanor battery and false identification given to law enforcement, Miami Herald reported.

Davie police received a call about a bar fight late Thursday night involving a man with a knife who threatened to get a gun out of his car, the U.S. Marshals release said.

The suspect fled as the passenger in a car driven by a woman.

Authorities found the vehicle early Friday. The woman was released, while police arrested Baltimore. They said he had a loaded handgun, drugs and three fake ID cars, and gave them a fake name.

The fugitive's fingerprints revealed his link to a murder warrant in Pennsylvania and his "most wanted" status, the release said.

Back in 2019, "90 Day Fiancé" filmed scenes inside Cook's barbershop. At the time, Cook and Baltimore seemed to be close friends, Entertainment Tonight reported. Baltimore appeared on the fourth season of the reality show, alongside couple Jay Smith and Ashley Martson.

It is unclear what happened between Baltimore and Cook in the months leading up to the shooting. But U.S. Marshals described Baltimore as a "violent" person who has an "extensive criminal history."

After Baltimore was added to the most wanted list in June 2022, the U.S. Marshals Service offered up to $25,000 for information leading to his capture.

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives also offered a reward of up to $10,000, while the Cumberland County Crime Stoppers offered $2,000 for information leading to his arrest.

Baltimore has now been put behind bars and faces "first-degree murder charges" in Cook's death, according to Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, district attorney Sean McCormack.
