Adam Levine of Maroon 5 is also a judge on hit talent competition "The Voice." Now he can also add actor to his resume.

Levine starred in the FX show "American Horror Story" for his acting debut. The singer played the role of Leo, a newlywed photographer who travels with his wife Teresa, played by Jenna Dewan-Tatum, to the Briarcliff Manor insane asylum on a "haunted honeymoon" tour.

The slogan for the episode, which premiered Wednesday night, was “Only we can make insanity look this sexy.”

The slogan is quite accurate, as Levine ties Dewan-Tatum down in one scene and tears her clothes off and then strips down himself, before they realize they are not the only ones in the haunted asylum.

The scenes are so intense that on the "American Horror Story" Facebook page, the viewer has to verify that they are over the age of 18 in order to see the five-minute clip.

While the pair sizzle on screen, in real life, both Levine and Dewan-Tatum are in relationships with other attractive stars.

Levine is dating Victoria’s Secret model Behati Prinsloo, 23, while Dewan-Tatum is married to another actor who is not afraid to strip on screen, Channing Tatum.

Tatum not only used to be a stripper before he acted, he also brought those skills to the big screen, playing a stripper in the chick flick "Magic Mike" alongside fellow hunks Matthew McConaughey and Joe Manganiello.

For Adam Levine, his acting role on "American Horror Story" is the first of many, as he also has several other projects lined up, according to the Daily Mail, including the film "Can A Song Save Your Life?" which co-stars Keira Knightley and Mark Ruffalo.
