Audio from Mark Salling's alleged suicide attempt phone call leaked online Wednesday, according to reports. Salling, 35, reportedly slit his wrists in a suicide attempt weeks ahead of his trial for child pornography.

A caller who appears to be Salling's roommate can be heard speaking with a dispatcher during the 911 call on Aug. 22, according to audio from the Los Angeles Fire Department obtained by Radar Online. Much of the audio has been redacted, but the dispatcher aided in guiding the roommate. The incident reportedly occurred at the actor's house in Sunland, California.

"Are they alert where they can answer questions quickly and appropriately? Ok, good," the dispatcher is heard saying in the leaked audio. The male caller was instructed to "watch the patient closely."

The caller responded: "Sorry, do you know how long they’re going to take?"

Reports first surfaced that Salling had attempted committing suicide Oct. 16. The actor was taken in for a psychiatric examination after he was discovered bleeding in his bedroom, according to TMZ. Salling reportedly went to rehab for psychological issues following the alleged suicide attempt.

Salling pleaded guilty to possession of child pornography in a Los Angeles County court Oct. 4. The actor was first indicted on two counts of child pornography after it was discovered by local authorities on his laptop and a USB flash drive, according to Variety. He previously pleaded not guilty to the two counts of child pornography charges and was released on $150,000 bond in June 2016.

Salling faces between four to seven years in prison and an additional 20 years of supervision upon his release. He will also be required to register as a sex offender and pay $50,000 in restitution to victims that choose to request it.

Fellow "Glee" star Naya Rivera, who previously dated the actor, said she was not surprised by Salling's charges.

"He was always just a very dark soul to me," Rivera wrote in her memoir "Sorry Not Sorry." "I always felt like there was something that he was wrestling with."
