FOX singing competition American Idol announced updated Season 11 audition dates and locations Friday, according to the American Idol Web site. The search for the next Idol will begin June 28th in St. Louis's Scottrade Center.

Auditions continue July 2nd in Portland, OR, at the Rose Garden; July 8th in San Diego, CA, at Petco Park; July 15th in Pittsburgh, PA, at Heinz Field; July 22nd in Charleston, SC, at the North Charleston Coliseum; July 29th in Denver, CO, at the INVESCO Field at Mile High and Aug. 26th in Houston, TX, at Reliant Park, Playbill.com reports.

The Hollywood Reporter states that FOX requires contestants be between ages 15-28 and eligible to work in the U.S.
