Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt have bought a luxury villa in Andratx town on the Spanish island of Majorca, as rumors about their divorce continue to swirl, according to a latest report. The couple reportedly bought the villa for $3.8 million.

Real estate tycoon Alessandro Proto was asked to find a property for Pitt in the area after the actor shot scenes there for his upcoming World War II drama “Allied,” Daily Mail reported Tuesday, citing Spanish language daily Diario de Mallorca.

“Brad Pitt fell in love with the Balearic Islands [of which Majorca is part] after shooting his new film in the Canaries and that’s why he asked us to find him a house in Majorca,” Proto reportedly said.

The 9,687-square-foot property has eight bedrooms, a double living room, a large garden and a swimming pool, according to the report.

Jolie and Pitt, however, are also battling divorce rumors. Gossip Cop debunked a report by Life & Style magazine that said the two have been “leading separate lives.” The magazine had also reported that the two were “hanging on” and putting aside the rumored marriage troubles to focus on Jolie’s health issues.

Jolie and Pitt, who have been together for over 10 years, were recently spotted together on several occasions, quashing reports about their marital troubles.
