Ant Anstead is doing well and is very happy with his life after finding new love following his divorce from ex-wife Christina Haack.

Anstead and Renée Zellweger are reportedly dating. They met when they filmed "Celebrity IOU: Joyride," his new show on Discovery+ with co-host Cristy Lee. According to an insider, Anstead is excited about life.

"He’s excited about life and excited in general," an unnamed source told Us Weekly. "Part of it can be because he’s dating Renée, but he definitely was excited about doing this project and he seems excited to do all the various projects he’s working on."

"You can tell he’s in a good spot in his life — he’s super happy. He seems like he’s on fire. He’s where he wants to be and is making things happen," the source continued.

The "Wheeler Dealers" star and Haack finalized their divorce nine months after she announced it on Instagram. Shortly after that, Anstead was linked to the "Bridget Jones's Diary" star.

Earlier this week, the couple packed on the PDA while enjoying a bike ride in Laguna Beach, California. In the photos obtained by Page Six, the reality star was seen kissing the Oscar winner's neck as they took a stop at a red light.

They were also photographed strolling Monday. During the sighting, she hugged Anstead's arms as they walked hand in hand.

Anstead had a hard time moving on following his split from Haack. In fact, he enrolled in a breakup recovery program led by human connection specialist Mark Groves. The five-week course focused on helping one move on from the pain of a broken relationship and based on his social media post, it helped him a lot.

"I am now on day 30 of this and I have to say it’s been a lifeline for me," he wrote on Instagram before encouraging others going through a similar experience to do the same. "If anyone out there needs this DO IT!"

Meanwhile, Haack has also moved from Anstead. The "Flip or Flop" star was spotted with her new boyfriend, realtor Joshua Hall, this week.

"They’ve been dating for a few months," a source told Page Six.
