Christina Anstead's ex-husband Ant Anstead is doing his part to recover from their broken marriage by enrolling in a “breakup recovery” program weeks after announcing their separation. The program is going to run for more than a month and it has been helpful to him thus far.

Ant enrolled in a five-week course led by human connection specialist Mark Groves, and it is designed to help one move on from the pain of a broken relationship. He announced his involvement in the program through Create the Love in an Instagram Story post he shared on Sunday, Us Weekly reported.

"I am now on day 30 of this and I have to say it’s been a lifeline for me," he wrote before encouraging others going through a similar experience to do the same. "If anyone out there needs this DO IT!”

The program costs $197 and offers the breakup recovery recipe that encourages clients to take back their power to control their life. "It's time to stop letting your past rob you of the relationship and life you are worthy of! It's time to choose you," the message on the program’s website read.

The program includes daily messages of love and support from Groves for 30 days. It also includes five weeks of curated lessons including videos from Groves, worksheets, journaling exercises, meditations and resources to help one process their emotions and free themselves from being stuck from the breakup. The members can also share their insights and connect with those who are on the same healing journey.

Christina announced their split in September. She shared a photo of them walking into the sunset by the beach on Instagram and accompanied it with a short message announcing their separation.

"Ant and I have made the difficult decision to separate. We are grateful for each other and as always, our children will remain our priority. We appreciate your support and ask for privacy for us and our family as we navigate the future," she wrote.

Christina was previously married to Tarek El Moussa. They are behind HGTV's hit series "Flip or Flop." According to an insider, El Moussa didn't think Christina and Ant's marriage would last, but he was sad after learning what his ex-wife was going through.
