The Los Angeles Rams entered the 2018 season with heightened expectations. After winning the NFC West in 2017, general manager Les Snead traded a first-round pick for star wideout Brandin Cooks and added defensive tackle Ndamukong Suh, as well as cornerbacks Marcus Peters and Aqib Talib.

It's been a successful start to say the least. The Rams are the only undefeated team in the league after seven games and appear poised to run away with the division.

According to Vegas Insider, the Rams are the favorites to win the Super Bowl at 7/2 odds. Los Angeles is also a 7/4 favorite to win the NFC title and a 1/100 favorite to capture the NFC West.

The Rams' odds to win the Super Bowl are well ahead of the Kansas City Chiefs and New England Patriots, who are both listed at 6/1. In the NFC, the top Super Bowl contenders are the New Orleans Saints (9/1) and Minnesota Vikings (10/1).

Sean McVay's offense has been impressive. The unit leads the league in total yards (3,125) and third in points (33.6). A big reason for the Rams' success has been the offensive line, which has given quarterback Jared Goff time to throw and opened holes for not just MVP candidate Todd Gurley, but also backup Malcolm Brown, who is averaging 5.1 yards per carry.

With Talib out with an injury, Wade Phillips' defense has looked mediocre at times, as the Rams are just No. 13 in total yards (2,292). However, L.A. is still fourth in points allowed (18.3) and have received a big lift from superstar defensive tackle Aaron Donald, who already has eight sacks.

Los Angeles has a tough schedule coming up, particularly before their bye in Week 12. The Rams host Green Bay on Sunday and then travel to New Orleans to face the Saints in Week 9. The Rams can also expect a big test from the Chiefs in Week 11.

In the final weeks of the season, the Rams have a road game against the Chicago Bears in Week 14 and a home date against the Philadelphia Eagles in Week 15.
