The Arizona Diamondbacks charged ahead with another grand slam home run to defeat the Milwaukee Brewers 10-6 Wednesday and take their divisional playoff series into a deciding Game Five.

The night after rookie first baseman Paul Goldschmidt hit a grand slam to help Arizona take Game Three, Ryan Roberts' first-inning blast put the Diamondbacks on the front foot before Chris Young drilled a pair of home runs to set up Friday's knock-out game in Milwaukee.

Young finished 2-for-3 with three RBIs and added a two-run homer in the seventh to put the D-Backs up 10-4.

We're not going to give up. Even when we were down 2-0 everyone in our club-house still believed we could do it, Young told reporters. It's a toss-up now, so we'll be ready.

The Brewers notched 11 hits but failed to convert their chances.

Milwaukee took a 1-0 lead on Ryan Braun's RBI double and scored once in each of the first three innings to make short work of starter Joe Saunders, but the Arizona bullpen picked up the slack.

Reliever Micah Owens came on and tossed two scoreless innings to record the win while closer J.J. Putz finished off the ninth. Milwaukee's Carlos Gomez hit a two-run shot in the eighth to cap the scoring.

The D-Backs knocked around Milwaukee starter Randy Wolf during three innings to send him to the showers with his team trailing 7-3 and unable to recover.

Yuniesky Betancourt had three hits for the visitors but the Brewers finished the night just 1-for-13 with runners in scoring position.

Arizona got their share of strong performances Wednesday, including a solo home run from Aaron Hill, three hits for Miguel Montero and two from Game Three hero Goldschmidt.

The D-Backs will try to carry the momentum into the unfriendly confines of Milwaukee where the Brewers compiled the best home record in baseball during the regular season.

We've had confidence all year, Roberts said. Anything can happen, that's why they play a set of five.
