Colton Underwood couldn’t stop beaming about his “The Bachelor” winner Cassie Randolph during his season finale earlier this month, but according to a report, their relationship may not be what it appears.

In their March 25 print edition of Life & Style Magazine, it is reported that Cassie, the 23-year-old speech pathologist and former reality star who won Colton’s heart, may have ulterior motives.

“Colton was in love, but Cassie was not and nothing about that has changed,” an insider shared. While one source said there is a definite attraction between the pair, a life-long relationship doesn’t appear to be in the cards for the two. Said a source, “She says Colton is fun but he’s not the man she’s going to marry.”

While Cassie may not be in the relationship for the right reasons, that doesn’t mean Colton is the victim. The magazine reports his romance with Cassie wasn’t “all roses over the past few months” leading up to the finale and speculates the two “may be staying together just to expand their bank accounts.”

“The bottom line is that they both love the spotlight more than each other. They’re definitely faking it for fame,” said a source. “They want the paid appearances, endorsement deals and bigger social media followings. That’s all money in the bank.”

This is not the first time Cassie’s intentions have been questioned. Last month, after it was revealed Cassie has starred on the reality program “Young Once” with her longtime ex-boyfriend weeks before filming “The Bachelor,” one of her co-stars, Tony Walsh, told Life & Style that Cassie likely went on the ABC show for exposure.

In the same article, an unidentified source said that Cassie agreed to “The Bachelor” in order to “to boost her career and get famous.”
