If Luke Parker looks familiar, it’s because you’ve already “met” him. “The Bachelorette” Season 15 kicks off on Monday, and like past seasons of the series, lead Hannah Brown will be tasked with handing out a first impression rose. That honor will be given to Luke P.

Viewers will remember Luke from Colton Underwood’s “The Bachelor” finale special. After ABC announced Hannah would be the next “Bachelorette” on the special, she was introduced to several of her contestants, the first being Luke P.

Luke, 24, originates from Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida, but calls Gainesville, Georgia, home. Like Hannah, he also has some roots in Alabama due to him graduating from Faulkner University in the Southern state. As for work, he is an import/export manager for his family’s business.

While Luke P. appears to get the villain edit in the season’s trailer, ABC’s bio classifies him as a “good Christian boy” who “prides himself on being able to get along with anyone.” His bio also states that he’s dating with marriage in mind. And based on his feelings for Hannah pre-show, he may be sticking it out for the long haul.

“He and I had a conversation before he left and they hadn’t told him who it was going to be yet, but he didn’t want it to be anybody else,” Mike Parker, Luke’s brother, told the Gainesville Times in March. “He didn’t really want to be on the show if it was anybody else other than [Brown].”
