Presidential candidate Michele Bachmann ramped up her criticism of the vacationing president on Wednesday by circulating a One-Term Obama petition among her supporters in order to showcase his handling of the economy.

As the stock market continues to sink deeper, unemployment lines are growing longer and the debt is increasing by millions - President Obama seems more interested in checking his own poll numbers than he is in providing any real leadership to create jobs and fix our economy, she said.

By signing her petition, Bachmann told supporters they will be helping her send a strong message that they will not allow Obama to throw his disastrous economic policies on our doorsteps anymore. The petition will include what the Minnesota Republican says are four priorities for conservatives: Balancing the budget, reducing gas prices, reining in the out-of-control spending, and repealing Obamacare.

Bachmann also slammed Democratic Congresswoman Maxine Waters, who earlier this week denigrated Bachmann's Tea Party movement. Maxine Waters shouted, 'the Tea Party can go straight to Hell.' The Democrats would rather attack honest patriotic Americans than try to rein in government spending or reduce the deficit, Bachmann said.

Bachmann said Maxine Waters' socialist policies have driven the American economy into a deep financial hole.
