Ben Affleck stepped out for a smoke after being pulled over by the police while he was driving his Bentley.

Over the weekend, the "Justice League" star was photographed smoking a cigarette and sipping a drink. In photos obtained by Daily Mail, Affleck looked unfazed after getting pulled over, wearing a white shirt, dark blue bomber jacket, stone-colored pants and aviator sunglasses for his smoke break.

Prior to the sighting, Affleck was reportedly pulled over for allegedly driving on the shoulder of a freeway, an eyewitness told Daily Mail. The source said the actor-director had a chat with the officer who caught him just off the highway while he was still behind the wheel of his Bentley.

The eyewitness could not confirm whether or not Affleck got a ticket after being caught by police, but the actor did seem unbothered following the interaction.

Affleck reportedly just returned to his car after finishing his cigarette.

Meanwhile, Affleck has recently been spotted hanging out with ex-girlfriend Lindsay Shookus. The two dated for a year before they broke up in August last year, shortly before Affleck entered rehab to seek help. But it seems the two are picking things up where they left off.

Sources close to the "Saturday Night Live" producer revealed that Shookus was "impressed" by Affleck's commitment to staying sober and keeping himself healthy following his stint in rehab.

According to Us Weekly, it was the actor's choice to seek help and get clean that had his ex considering giving their romance another chance. Shookus is reportedly a “very positive influence in his life," an insider said.

“He’s in a good place and works hard on himself every day. He’s much stronger at this stage," the source continued.

However, it was reportedly Affleck's ex-wife, Jennifer Garner, who helped the Oscar-winning star seek help in the first place. The "Alias" alum, with whom Affleck shares three children, staged an intervention at his Pacific Palisades home last year, TMZ reported.

Garner reportedly decided to push Affleck into entering rehab after she saw a photo of him receiving a delivery of beer and liquor. According to the report, the actor did not put up a fight and agreed with Garner's advice.
