  • Jennifer Garner has been supportive of her ex
  • Affleck is in multiple movies this year

Ben Affleck is focused on living a healthy and sober life with the help of his ex wife Jennifer Garner. According to sources close to the actor, he has been eating healthy and working out.

Affleck was in the news for all the wrong reasons back in October last year. After staying sober for a long time, he slipped up and details about his drunk behavior surfaced online. The actor has apparently learnt his lesson, and has been focused on staying sober since that time.

Sources close to Affleck told Us Weekly that the actor is focused on “being healthy.” The insider added that the “Gone Girl” actor has always enjoyed working out, and he has been eating healthy.

Affleck is working out two hours a day, according to the source. He is getting a lot of support from his family for his efforts. His ex wife Garner has reportedly been “his rock” to help him face the challenges. She was the one who convinced him to check into a rehab center back in 2018, and he is apparently working hard to make sure he doesn’t disappoint her.

Apart from his healthy lifestyle, Affleck has also been devoting time for charity. He was recently at an event for The Midnight Mission, which is a charity that helps homeless people. He shared pictures of the visit with his fans on his Instagram page and encouraged everyone to donate.

Affleck’s new role in the movie “Deep Water” has also helped him stay healthy. The actor takes his work seriously. In a recent interview, Kate Beckinsale revealed that Affleck was asked to get new teeth for his role in the 1998 movie “Armageddon,” ET Online reported.

There are multiple movies in 2020 in which Affleck is a part. Apart from “Deep Water,” he will also be seen in “The Last Thing He Wanted,” “The Way Back,” and “The Last Duel.”
