Ben Affleck is on speaking terms with his ex-girlfriend Ana de Armas and gets along well with his ex-wife Jennifer Garner.

Affleck, 48, and de Armas, 32, parted ways earlier this year after almost a year of dating. He hasn't been dating seriously but remains in touch with his exes.

"He does chat with Ana sometimes, but is enjoying single life and focusing on work and his kids," a source told Entertainment Tonight. "He has not been single in a while, so it has been actually good for him. He is back to being in contact with a lot of friends and working out a lot."

As for his relationship with Garner, 48, the insider said they are co-parenting their three children — 15-year-old Violet, 12-year-old Seraphina and 9-year-old Samuel — successfully.

"Jen and he have been getting along really well," the source added. "It is always casual and friendly. He really loves Jen as a person and mother of his kids, so they co-parent well."

In an interview with The Hollywood Reporter, Garner spoke about her dream of dancing with the Hollywood actor at their kids’ wedding. In 2016, when the wounds of their split were still fresh, Garner said she lost the dream of dancing with Affleck at their children's wedding. However, in her recent interview, the "Yes Day" star said it no longer bothers her because she knows they would still dance together in the event their children decide to marry.

"When our kids get married, we'll dance, I know that now. We'll boogaloo and have a great time. I don't worry about that anymore," she said.

Garner has remained supportive of Affleck even after their split and when he underwent rehabilitation for his struggles with alcoholism. They also work together to "co-parent and spend holidays together."

"Ben has the utmost respect for Jen and how she’s supported him through his addiction," an insider said. "She’s really supportive of Ben, and when they parent the kids separately, they both share their stories of sweet moments they had with the kids that day. Their friends are always saying what a perfect example they are of dedicated parents who look past their own issues."
