Beyoncé and rapper husband Jay Z were spotted Monday leaving a studio in New York City's Chelsea neighborhood. The pop queen was dressed in distressed skinny jeans and a black tank top, channeling a casual look. Jay Z sported a black T-shirt, trousers and white sneakers, accessorized with a funky chain and Hamsa pendant, Elle reported.

While the rapper's T-shirt had the word “Peace” written on it in white letters in English, Hebrew and Arabic, Queen Bey’s T-shirt had “Never Forget to Say Thank You” scribbled on it. The jeans were by H&M, while the style was skinny high jean, an updated, slimmer version of the mom jean. She matched her look with a blue cross-body bag and covered her eyes with black sunglasses.

Her blonde hair was center-parted and tied into a low ponytail. Beyoncé teamed her laid-back outfit with colorful ankle-strap yellow and black high-heel sandals, showing off her curves. She finished off her look with some gloss on her lips. The ripped jeans are a huge trend this season with H&M, Boohoo and Forever 21, I Heart Ronson and Joe Fresh releasing their own versions.

The couple smiled while exiting the studio. Beyoncé and Jay Z returned home to the Big Apple after attending Prince’s “Rally 4 Peace” concert in Baltimore on Sunday. The legendary artist performed in front of a huge crowd to promote peace in the aftermath of the riots and protesting that occurred in Baltimore after the death of Freddie Gray, who died April 19, one week after being injured in police custody April 12.

No reporters were allowed at the Prince show, but his performance was streamed to Jay Z and Beyoncé’s music service, Tidal, that evening. “I am honored to join Prince in his mission to inspire through the uniting power of music and be able to offer a platform where this moment can be shared globally,” Jay Z said May 8. He and Beyoncé also spent some time with Freddie Gray's family during the Baltimore trip.
