Last week, Alex Ow saw Kevin talking to Cody Nickson, and she immediately thought that they were talking plans with each other. The professional gamer told her alliance members that Kevin is acting shadily, when in fact, he was just talking to Cody to make him feel comfortable after Jessica Graf’s eviction the week prior.

On Friday’s special episode, it was revealed that “Big Brother” Season 16 winner Derrick Levasseur paid the houseguests a visit to host the Head of Household (HOH) competition and give them a quick recap of the game. When he arrived in the house, Kevin greeted Derrick, and Alex once again had a theory that the stay-at-home dad knows Derrick because he’s also a cop.

Alex told Christmas Abbott that it’s possible Kevin knows so many things about gangsters because of his real profession. Alex’s theory made sense to her alliance members, and they started talking about targeting Kevin after eliminating Mark Jansen this week from the competition.

However, Kevin told America that he has met Derrick some time ago at the Quincy Market in Boston. While in the Diary Room, Kevin said that it really felt good seeing someone from home. This revelation means that Kevin did not really know Derrick from working as a cop and that he’s really a stay-at-home dad.

When Kevin felt that Alex was avoiding him, he tried to ask her what’s wrong. But this just triggered Alex to scream at Kevin and order him not to corner her ever again. Things are not looking good for Kevin since he has not won an HOH or any Power of Veto (POV) competition. If he doesn’t win the HOH next week, he could be sent home for something that he is completely unaware of.

On a positive note, Kevin was the first houseguest to receive a cash prize in the game. He won the $25,000 in the first Den of Temptation competition that resulted in the return of Paul Abrahamian.

“Big Brother” Season 19 airs Wednesdays, Thursdays and Sundays at 8 p.m. and 9 p.m. EDT on CBS.
