Bill O’Reilly managed to put a stop to an upcoming interview with one of his accusers on ABC's “The View.”

Andrea Mackris’ Wednesday appearance on the ABC daytime show has been postponed after O’Reilly’s legal team filed a temporary restraining order to stop her from commenting on sexual harassment allegations she made over a decade ago.

In 2004, Mackris, who worked at Fox News, agreed to a $9 million settlement, which had terms that forbid her from discussing the details surrounding the incident.

O’Reilly’s legal team rushed to file the TRO in a New York court after a producer from “The View” contacted the journalist’s lawyer Frederic Newman to ask for a statement about Mackris' allegations.

Mackris recently spoke out about the Fox News personality to the Daily Beast. She told the publication she felt like she had “no choice” other than to agree to the settlement and sign a non-disclosure agreement.

Her latest comments violated the deal, according to O’Reilly’s legal team. Stephen Silverberg, a lawyer for O’Reilly, filed a petition on Tuesday stating that “an immediate injunction must ensure because [Mackris] intends to further materially breach her legal obligations tomorrow, live on national television.”

In court documents, O’Reilly’s legal team noted that Mackris’ “statements thus far have already resulted in significant harm that cannot be undone. Further, she has evinced a clear intent to further that harm to the greatest degree possible, and to do so imminently.”

A judge signed off on the restraining order that same day. A hearing following the TRO placed on Mackris is expected to take place on July 26.
