'Black Clover' Chapter 314 Spoilers: The Second Gate

After a flashback-heavy chapter, "Black Clover " is likely to showcase the threat coming out of the next gate of the Underworld. Even after defeating the Dark Triad, Asta and company have failed to stop the advent of the Qliphoth Tree.

With the second gate opening at the end of the previous installment, "Black Clover" Chapter 314 is expected to showcase the Black Bulls getting ready to face a fresh new wave of monsters.

Meanwhile, they will still be trying to free their captain, Yami Sukehiro, before it is too late.

In Chapter 313 of "Black Clover " manga, Yami sat in ruins glaring at his grimoire and remembering the insults hurled at his Dark Magic.

The words continued to pierce him but there were many who applauded and revered his magic. One of them was Julius Novachrono, who was delighted to see Yami's Dark Magic and expressed his desire to learn more about it.

Yami was shocked that there were people who were curious to know more about him. He later met Morgen Faust and Nacht Faust. Morgen joined the Grey Deer with Yami.

The chapter also showcased Yami's meeting with several other Magic Knights, including William Vangeance, Owen, Charlotte Roselei, Jack the Ripper, Nozel Silva, Gueldre Poizot, Mereoleona Vermillion and Fuegoleon Vermillion.

Yami and Morgen had a heart-to-heart conversation when the former shared his insecurities. Yami felt his Dark Magic was not as powerful in comparison to others. Morgen told him the intensity of the magic depended on the mage.

He added that Yami has a good eye for people and has the ability to unite them. He stated Yami would make a good brigade captain. But Yami interrupted him and noted that guys like Morgen are the ones meant to lead people.

The next panel showed Yami visiting Morgen's grave and declaring he will make his own brigade comprising of mages neglected by others.

The flashback in the chapter also showed what happened after Yami was kidnapped by Zenon Zogratis. Moris was delighted by his Dark Magic. He wanted to use it to dye the World Tree black and ultimately link this world to the Underworld.

"Black Clover " Chapter 314 is scheduled to release coming Sunday. The chapter will be out on Viz and Manga Plus.
