Culture Club's Boy George appeared on the Australian radio show Fitzy and Wippa where he had quite a few things to say. When asked who he would like to play him in a biopic, the singer said he had heard "some really interesting suggestions," but, he noted, "Game of Thrones" star Sophie Turner was the "most interesting" to him.

Continuing, the musician said, “It’s really strange, but that’s been a suggestion [I think] that will upset people, which I quite like."

George then expressed his sentiment about criticism he had previously heard about the casting choice. Addressing those who told him that Turner couldn't play the role because she was a woman, he said, "When I was 17, I would have loved to have been her."

This conversation soon made its way to the "Dark Phoenix" actress and soon she responded in a tweet.

"I'm SO down @BoyGeorge," Turner replied.

Currently the biopic is in the creation process, but it is set to be written and directed by Sacha Gervasi, reports NME. However, other details such as the name or release date are unknown. "GoT" and Culture Club fans will just have to wait and see how this ultimately turns out for the film.
