Pre-wedding photoshoots are meant to capture the joy and excitement of a couple before they tie the knot. The pictures are supposed to be all things aesthetic but things didn't go as expected for a couple in Kazakhstan.

The couple's pre-wedding photoshoot turned out to be an epic fail after they accidentally fell into a puddle of mud and miserably stained their fancy clothes. The pictures of the awkward situation went viral on the internet.

Murat Zhurayev and Kamilla were seen on a post shared by their photographer Askar Bumaga on Instagram showcasing a range of emotions after their accidental fall. Take a look below:

The post, which has garnered more than 9,200 likes to date, shows Murat dressed in a white and black suit and Kamilla dressed in a beautiful white wedding dress, but both smeared with mud. The photos were set against a picturesque background of mountains. Despite the shoot going haywire, internet users left positive comments under the post.

"This looks fun and unique," a user wrote in Russian. "The pictures are beautiful," wrote another user. "it's just genius cool idea and good work," read a comment, loosely translated from Kazakh. "I wonder who will repeat such photos now?," said another user. "Top best and by the way unique," a person wrote in Russian.

Pre-wedding shoots are the most anticipated wedding events for most brides and grooms, but sometimes things just don't turn out well even after months of planning. In a similar incident in December 2021, a couple's dreams of making a grand entry at their wedding went horribly wrong when they fell off a metal swing suspended feet above the ground. The couple from India were riding in the swing, complete with fireworks, but were sent pummeling to the ground as the swing's harness broke midway. The guests at the wedding were shocked to see the 12-feet fall. The couple luckily escaped unharmed and the wedding rituals were resumed after a brief pause. The video of the incident went viral.
