Brie Larson reacted to a hilarious tweet featuring Captain Marvel's failed fan art on Sunday.

A Twitter user shared two drawings featuring Captain Marvel, the superhero character Larson portrayed in 2019's Marvel movie of the same name.

In the first photo, the drawing was incomplete as there was only the hair and body of Captain Marvel without a face. However, the second photo of the drawing had funny face features, including button-like eyes and a flat face, which made it look like a novice artist’s work.

"So i was drawing #CaptainMarvel. i took a break before starting on @brielarson’s face, but my little cousin decided to help me finish it," the user wrote in the caption. The photos were shared in March 2019.

However, Larson responded to the drawing on Sunday and writing, "When you’re a superhero but also an introvert."

A fan took to the comments section and used the same drawing's face in an original poster of the movie, "Captain Marvel." Netizens found the amalgamated photo funny as it garnered over 2300 likes.

Many fans reacted to this new artwork. One of the fans wrote, "I spat Pepsi out of my nose."

Another fan noted the fact that the actress is just replying to the artwork after three years and the person who drew this is going to get a huge surprise.

"The person who tweeted this 3 years ago is going to get the shock of their life," the fan wrote. The user who created this artwork replied to this comment and admitted, "It’s been a weird week."

On the work front, Larson is currently filming for the sequel of the movie, "The Marvels," which is slated to release on Feb. 17, 2023. The science-fiction adventure is directed by Nia DaCosta and it will also star Park Seo-joon, Samuel L. Jackson, Iman Vellani and Randall Park.

Besides the Marvel project, the actress will also feature in a TV series, titled "Lessons in Chemistry," which is based on a female scientist. The details of the drama series are yet to be revealed.
