Popeyes is bringing back a fan favorite for the holidays – its Cajun-Style Turkey.

Customers of the Louisiana chicken chain can place their order for a Cajun-Style Turkey to serve up for Thanksgiving dinner, beginning on Oct. 18, according to Thrillist.

Like last year, the Cajun-Style Turkey is precooked but served frozen, so it needs to be defrosted and reheated. But it’s prepared with a rub of blended paprika, red pepper, garlic, and onion before it is marinated in Creole butter, Thrillist said.

To top off the meal, customers can also order mashed potatoes, mac and cheese, and biscuits from Popeyes as well to go with the turkey.

Turkeys can be preordered by calling in an order or by visiting a local Popeyes restaurant in person.

While it is unclear how much the Cajun bird will sell for this year, last year’s turkeys were priced at $39.99 each but sold out quickly, so it is recommended that orders be placed as soon as possible for Thanksgiving Day.

Popeyes has continued to add to its menu in recent months, recently adding chicken nuggets to its menu in four to 36-count piece orders. The fast-food restaurant also added a blackened chicken sandwich back in May as it looked to take on its chicken sandwich rivals.

A new fish sandwich also arrived on Popeyes’ menu in February.
