Thanksgiving is a little more than a month away, and for those of you who may be panicking about finding the perfect turkey, Popeyes may have the answer to your problem.

Cajun Style Turkeys will be returning to the fast-food chains’ menu. While a turkey is a typical centerpiece at each Thanksgiving, the restaurant is offering customers the chance to put a Louisiana spin on the upcoming holiday.

Yahoo! Life reported Popeye’s Cajun-inspired turkeys are hand-rubbed and infused with zesty Louisiana-style seasonings. The bird will come pre-cooked, which means all you have to do is heat it up and enjoy it.

Popeyes’ Thanksgiving turkeys will start at $39.99 and will be available for purchase at participating locations in the US. The seasonal item has sold out in the past, but customers can pre-order a turkey by calling their local Popeyes restaurant or visiting a location in person.

However, Cajun-style turkeys are not the only dish that will shake up the restaurant menu, which is known for its fried chicken meals. In September, Food Beast reported Popeyes has been digging into its New Orleans routes and has been testing beignets in its kitchen.

Popeye’s recreation of the popular French Quarter dessert is made up of fried dough dusted in powdered sugar and stuffed with a special chocolate center.

So far, Food Beast has only been able to track down the special menu item to a few Popeyes in Massachusetts. The treats come in a variety of serving sizes including three beignets for $1.99, six for $3.99, and a dozen for $7.49.
