Camila Cabello and Shawn Mendes remain amicable after their split.

Two months after announcing their breakup, the exes were spotted walking their dog, Tarzan, in a park in Miami together Thursday, according to a video obtained by TMZ. In the clip, Mendes, 23, and Cabello, 24, seemed friendly while bonding with their golden retriever.

For the afternoon outing, the former Fifth Harmony member wore a beige-colored, sleeveless sundress paired with flat sandals, while the "Mercy" singer donned a simple white tee, light-wash jeans and black sneakers.

Mendes and Cabello went public with their relationship in 2019 after being friends for five years. They welcomed their dog Tarzan into their lives in November 2020, shortly after self-isolating together in Cabello's Miami home amid the pandemic, and celebrated their second anniversary as a couple with a romantic getaway in the Caribbean in July last year.

They didn't hint at any relationship problems when they were together, so fans were shocked when they announced their breakup in November 2021.

"Hey guys, we’ve decided to end our romantic relationship, but our love for one another as humans is stronger than ever," the "Havana" singer and the Canada native wrote in a joint statement. "We started our relationship as best friends and will continue to be best friends. We so appreciate your support from the beginning and moving forward. Camila and Shawn."

An anonymous insider told E! News that the "Cinderella" star was "very upset over the split," which Mendes allegedly initiated. However, she ultimately "agreed" that it was for the best, according to the source.

Following their breakup, an unnamed source also told Us Weekly that Cabello and Mendes have been "staying in touch," adding that it wouldn't be a surprise to the pair's friends if they get back together "down the line."

The "Señorita" collaborators had been very open about their relationship and how they worked out their issues. Mendes previously revealed in an interview on SiriusXM's " The Morning Mash Up" that he and Cabello are honest with each other.

"We definitely fight, and we get in the worst little arguments. But I think that we definitely are pretty good at picking up on when it's just ego talking," Mendes was quoted by Billboard as saying. "And we usually call each other out. We have a really honest and open relationship, but yeah, we definitely fight."

Cabello shared the same in her Glamour October 2021 cover. "For better, for worse, we’re very transparent with each other. I think that’s why we can trust each other so much because it’s a very 3D human relationship," she told the magazine.

According to the singer-actress, they usually ranted about various things with each other and put into words what they are feeling, especially when they are anxious.

"That level of transparency really helps a lot," Cabello said at the time.

The two were friends for years before things between them turned romantic. They previously worked together on "I Know What You Did Last Summer" in 2015.

In a previous interview, the "Havana" hitmaker admitted that she "really bonded with Mendes as more than a friend" at the time, but they were too young.

"I don’t think we knew what to do with those feelings. It was this awkward thing where we both liked each other, but we weren’t together. It was just weird," Cabello told Rolling Stone.
