Camilla Parker Bowles kept herself cool by using a parasol during her outing with Prince Charles.

The Duke and Duchess of Cornwall arrived in Norfolk while on board a carriage for the Sandringham Flower Show on Wednesday. They were welcomed by massive crowds of people that wanted to catch a glimpse of the royals.

Bowles wore a floral frock, and she protected herself from the heat by using her parasol. While talking to the crowd, Prince Charles’ wife said, “It’s warm, isn’t it?” And one of the royal fans told her that she looked lovely and cool in her attire, Bowles replied, “I’m not sure that will be the case by the end of this.”

The 71-year-old royal also told her fans that she hurt her finger that’s why she had to wear a plaster to cover the wound.

“I cut my finger yesterday but it’s not as bad as it looks. I think the plaster hurts as much as anything, to be honest,” she told the crowd.

Bowles also took notice of one of the fans’ shirts that had a hilarious statement on it. “When I die, my Jack Russell get everything,” the statement read.

“I like your t-shirt. I’ll have to get one like that,” Bowles told her.

Prince Charles, on the other hand, wore a beige suit and Ray-Ban sunglasses at the Sandringham Flower Show. He was also seen talking to Stephan Meredith from Shrewsbury, an ice cream store.

“He asked about if we were selling alright – I said no because you’re standing right in front of the van,” Meredith said.

Fan Mary Relph also gushed over the royal couple and said that she’s been going to the flower show since she was 10 to catch a glimpse of them.

This year’s Sandringham Flower Show featured steam engines, local produce, community stalls, rides, and several other attractions.
