Candace Cameron Bure grew up right in front of the world as DJ Tanner on the long-running family sitcom “Full House” and has continued to do so throughout the years on programs like “Boy Meets World,” “That’s So Raven” and “Make It or Break It.”

Now, the star is back with her sitcom family, starring in the Netflix series “Fuller House,” which will be premiering the second half of its third season on Dec. 22. She’s also been busy acting in Hallmark Channel films, including this past Sunday’s “Switched for Christmas.”

Aside, from the countless acting jobs she’s had, there’s still a lot that people don’t know about Bure. Here are eight of those things.

Gym Lover: Staying in great shape and being physically active is very important to the 41-year-old actress, who often posts workout photos and videos to her Instagram with her trainer Kira Stokes.

Famous Family: Bure isn’t the only one from her family in the spotlight, as her brother, Kirk Cameron, starred as Mike Seaver for over 150 episodes on the sitcom “Growing Pains.” Also, her husband, Valeri Bure, is a former hockey player who was in the NHL for 10 seasons.

Plus, their daughter, Natasha Bure, is now starting to get into the acting business, even joining her mom in the recent Hallmark flick “Switched for Christmas.”

Wine Enthusiast (And Seller!): Candace and Valeri have always loved wine, with Valeri’s love of it growing during his time playing hockey, so the duo decided to start selling their own wine under the label Bure Family Wines.

Author: Not only has Candace been in many TV shows and movies, but she’s also written not one, not two, not three, but four books, with another one on the way next year. They have all been non-fiction memoir-style and advice books.

On-Screen First Kiss: Like many stars who’ve been acting since a very young age, Candace’s first kiss happened in front of the camera. It occurred during the spin the bottle episode of “Full House” with the character Kevin, who was in two episodes of the series.

Hallmark Superstar: Hallmark is known for keeping its actors and actresses in the family and having its stars in multiple movies, but with Candace it’s gone above and beyond, as she’s been in almost 15 Hallmark Channel and Hallmark Movies & Mysteries films.

See Candace Cameron Bure on the Hallmark Channel three times on Thursday, in “Moonlight & Mistletoe” at 4 a.m. EST, on “Home & Family” at 10 a.m. EST and in “Switched for Christmas” at 10 p.m. EST.
