Cardi B took to social media to announce her split from husband Offset on Tuesday. The "Drip" singer, whose real name is Belcalis Marlenis Almánzar, posted a video saying the two “are not together anymore.”

In the video, she said they are really good friends, business partners and have a lot of love for each other, however, things haven’t been working out between them. She added the split was nobody’s fault and that they grew out of love.

"It might take time to get a divorce and I'm always going to have a lot of love for him,” she concluded.

A lot of fans expressed their disappointment post the announcement.

In June this year, Cardi B confirmed her secret September marriage with Offset.

"There are so many moments that I share with the world and then there are moments that I want to keep for myself! Getting married was one of those moments! Our relationship was so new breaking up and making up and we had a lot of growing up to do but we was so in love we didn't want to lose each other, was one morning in September we woke up and decided to get married. We found someone to marry us, and she did, just the two of us and my cousin . I said I do, with no dress no make up and no ring! I appreciate and love my husband so much for still wanting for me have that special moment that every girl dreams of when he got down on his knee and put a ring on my finger and he did that for me!!” she posted on Twitter.

In July she gave birth to her first child, a baby girl named Kulture Kiari Cephus.
