“Teen Mom OG” star Catelynn Lowell worried fans when she posted a grave tweet Tuesday, but a day later she had a happier update: Lowell was headed to Arizona to apparently seek help. The MTV reality star did not specify she was going to rehab, though it seemed that way from her update post on Twitter and Instagram Wednesday.

Lowell posted a picture from an airplane seat. “Arizona, here I come,” she began her post. “I can't wait to be back to my normal self. This is for me and my family. Novalee and Tyler, I love you both very much!!!” Within two hours of being on Instagram, the airport pictured received more than 25,000 likes from her 2 million IG followers.

The star has openly talked about her struggle with depression, and then her battle with postpartum depression when she had her daughter Novalee last January. “I didn’t really know and I still don’t know what’s going on with my postpartum,” Lowell told Life & Style in January. “For a while I felt fine, but I’ve always suffered from depression, anxiety and panic attacks.”

During a reunion special for Season 7 of “Teen Mom OG,” she opened up about contemplating suicide. “I remember sitting in the bathtub and I’m like, I’m not waking up another day feeling like this,” she tearfully recalled in the episode aired March 8.

Things are still apparently rocky for the Detroit native. “For everyone that thinks I’m so ‘strong’ I’m really not ... one day you will know why. I also can be very weak,” Lowell wrote to her followers on the microblogging site.

Baltierra has not issued a statement since his wife flew to Arizona to apparently seek help. However, his sister, Amber, told Radar Online “everything was fine.” But that was before Lowell announced she left their home state of Illinois.
