Cheryl Burke does not have a problem with being single amid her ex-husband Matthew Lawrence's new romance.

On Monday, the 38-year-old professional dancer took to Instagram to share a series of photos showing her smiling while posing outdoors.

In her lengthy caption, Burke gave an update to her fans, saying she's doing just fine even though her ex has already moved forward in a new relationship.

"I'm getting a lot of questions about how I've been doing lately and what's been going on, so wanted to check in with you all. If I could describe how I feel in one word, I honestly couldn't. Each day presents its own bliss but also its own challenges," she wrote.

The "Dancing With the Stars" alum continued, "Today, I am proud to say that I am alone, not lonely, and though the past year had its challenges, I feel so much pride in knowing that I got through it all by myself. That's right! Me, myself and I (and my therapist, of course! Ha!)."

According to Burke, she would have normally jumped straight into a rebound relationship, spent time with her friends and "abused" alcohol. But she's decided to choose "a more conscious path."

"Through all of the ups and downs, and 'the work' I've done on myself, I find comfort in knowing that the only person who can fill up my cup, is ME. And for the first time, I can genuinely say that, I LOVE ME!" she added.

Burke filed for divorce from Lawrence in February 2022 after three years of marriage. It was finalized in September that year.

A month prior, however, Lawrence was spotted in Hawaii with TLC singer Rozonda "Chilli" Thomas. Early this month, their romantic relationship was confirmed by People.

"I've been with Chilli since 2005 and I've never seen her this in love. She is glowing. They are really cute together," the singer's representative, Christal Jordan, told the outlet at the time.

When news about Chilli and Lawrence's romance broke, Burke seemingly reacted to it by writing, "That was fast," on Instagram. Her post also featured the song "Boy's a liar" by PinkPantheress.
