Chris Hemsworth Reveals His 'Favorite Superhero' [Photos]

Chris Hemsworth, who has played the mighty Thor in Marvel movies for over a decade, took to Instagram to reveal his favorite superhero.

The 38-year-old actor revealed that his 10-year-old daughter, India Rose is his "favorite superhero." The actor shared two photos from the sets of "Thor," revealing that the first photo was when India visited the set 11 years ago.

In the second photo, the actor can be seen sitting on a chair and cuddling his daughter. The picture was clicked on the recently released installment, "Thor: Love and Thunder."

"Here’s two pics of me and my daughter. One was the first time she was on set 11 years ago, the other is the most recent on Thor: Love and Thunder," Hemsworth captioned the post. "She’s my favourite superhero."

Celebs and fans took to the comments section to share their reaction.

Photographer Jasin Boland wrote, "You’re an awesome daddy!" while filmmaker Cristian Prieto simply commented, "Proud."

"This is adorable oh my gosh," one of the fans wrote while another one added, "So adorable. I loved seeing her in the film, it made the ending 100x better."

India Rose was also featured for a cameo in the latest installment of the "Thor" franchise, which was released on July 8 in theaters.

The flick also stars Natalie Portman, Christian Bale, Tessa Thompson, Luke Hemsworth, Matt Damon, Chris Pratt, Karen Gillan, Melissa McCarthy and Pom Klementieff. The movie was helmed by director Taika Waititi.

Hemsworth reflected on his journey as Thor in a video shared on Instagram last month. It featured shots from behind the scenes and interviews from all the Thor movies, including 2011's "Thor," 2013's "Thor: The Dark World," 2017's "Thor: Ragnarok." Some of the clips also featured scenes from "Thor: Love and Thunder."

"For over a decade you have shown us that Thor is still worthy," he captioned the post. "We’re humbled and grateful to all of you who have been part of this incredible journey."

On the personal front, Hemsworth shares three kids - India Rose, 10, and twins Tristan and Sasha, 8 - with his wife, Spanish model and actress, Elsa Pataky.
