Chris Hemsworth Shares 'Super Dad' Moment With Daughter India

Chris Hemsworth has time and again proved to be a family man. He is known to be very fond of his three kids -- twins Sasha and Tristan, 7 and India, 9. The much-loved father-daughter duo of Chris and India frequently share sweet moments of bonding on social media, and the world can't just stop adoring them.

The 37-year-old actor is also seen doting on his wife Elsa Pataky when he is not busy saving the world from aliens as "Thor."

On Wednesday, The "Avengers: Endgame" star took to Instagram to share two videos of an "ultimate family workout" that he created with Pataky, where he didn't need any special workout equipment.

"My wife and I designed the ultimate family workout," he captioned the post. "All you need is a child, a skateboard, a horse and a Can Do attitude. Good luck @centrfit @elsapatakyconfidential."

The routine involves the actor and his Spanish wife efficiently assisting their eldest daughter, India, by running beside her while she goes skateboarding or rides a horse.

In the first video, India is seen putting on her helmet before hitting the track as her father holds her hands and runs along with her. Though the 9-year-old deserves a round of applause for her skills, it's her dad who has everyone going aww for keeping up with his daughter throughout.

The next video shows India riding a foal while the "Fast and Furious" actress runs around the yard holding the animal’s leash and helping her daughter ride the horse.

The post garnered millions of likes and several comments from fans and celebrities soon after the videos were shared on social media.

"I know this workout!" Ryan Reynolds commented with a heart emoji. Rudhraksh Jaiswal, Hemsworth's "Extraction" co-star wrote, "Little legend."

Another fan commented, "Compete at the Olympics at this point Chris."

This is not the first time we have gotten a glimpse of the "Thor" star being involved in his family. Hemsworth and Pataky often emphasize trying to raise their kids with values and a sense of normalcy.

"When I think about my kids, I don't want them to miss that joy," he said in a 2018 interview with GQ Australia. "Elsa and I talk a lot about how we instill that same appreciation and respect for things. I don't want them to feel like they're privileged in any way."

"The fact that we have money and their parents are famous, that somehow they're special, that scares me because we grew up with no money," the actor told the outlet.
