Actor Cuba Gooding Jr. has been accused of groping a woman in a New York City bar.

The alleged incident happened Sunday night at around 9 p.m. at the Magic Hour Rooftop Bar and Lounge located in the Midtown area of the city. NBC News reports that the 30-year-old alleged victim told authorities that Gooding grabbed her chest while they were socializing inside of the club.

The unnamed victim said Gooding was "highly intoxicated" and explained that, after the alleged groping, they got into an argument so intense that it had to be broken up by security, according to Page Six. The news outlet also reports that the woman called 911 at around 1 a.m. and police were unable to find Gooding after searching the area.

Although police were unable to find Gooding, there is video proof that he was at the bar and lounge on Sunday evening. In footage obtained by TMZ, the "Jerry Maguire" star appears to be having a good time "singing karaoke with his pals and carrying a drink in his hand." TMZ notes that it is unclear if any of the people around him in the video have anything to do with the alleged incident.

The New York Police Department's Special Victims Unit confirmed to People that it is currently investigating the claims. A police source also told the publication that detectives are hoping to speak with the 51-year-old actor regarding the allegations.

Officials stated on Monday that no charges have been filed and no arrests have been made.
